Located in Chesapeake, Deep Creek Veterinary Hospital offers pet boarding for cats and dogs so you can enjoy peace of mind while you're away.
At Deep Creek Veterinary Hospital, we know the importance of finding the perfect boarding facility. We are dedicated to making your pet's vacation as comfortable and satisfying as possible and we promise to take care of your furry friend as if they were our own.
Our boarders enjoy these amenities during their stay:

- Fresh bedding and daily housekeeping
- Individualized care
- Daily observations
- Veterinary medical care (if needed)
To make your pet's stay as comfortable as possible, feel free to send them with their favorite treats, toys, or bedding.
Boarding Requirements and Information
- Dogs must be current on their DHPP+Lepto, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccines
- Cats must be current on their distemper (FVRCP) and Rabies vaccines
- All boarders must provide proof that they are free from parasites – internal or external
- If your pet is a puppy or kitten, or on a special needs diet, we request that you bring a sealed container of enough food to accommodate the stay. Please do not bring big bags of food as our storage space in the kennels is minimal.
- You may bring toys or treats that you would like your pet to have. Please know we may not accept all toys or treats for safety reasons.
- We do not recommend bringing large bedding as we do not have commercial washers or dryers.
- Stainless steel bowls are used in our facility.
- Evening pick-up must be at least 30 minutes before closing to allow time to review your pet's stay.
- We reserve the right to not accept pets that are overly aggressive or pose a threat to themselves, other pets or the staff.
